Learning you are pregnant can bring several feelings at once. For some people, excitement comes easily. For others, fear and uncertainty arrive first. None of that means you have to figure out parenting by yourself.
Eden is not a two-year home-visit program, and we will not pretend to be one. What we do offer is free, practical education — for women and for men — around pregnancy, parenting, and the stretch in between.
What “support” can look like here
Our education page is the honest list: programs such as Empower, Bright Birth Academy, and Just for DAD. They are a place to ask ordinary questions (feeding, safety, showing up) without performing a perfect parent.
If you need housing, childcare, or a longer case-management relationship, say so. An advocate can help you think about community resources. We care about the whole person. We are not a substitute for DHS, a pediatrician, or a licensed counselor.
You can start before you feel ready
You do not have to wait until you “have a plan.” You can request an appointment and mention education, or call or text (405) 579-4673. Come alone or with someone you trust.
Parenting is learned in rooms, not in slogans. You are allowed to need a room.
