Eden’s education programs help you prepare for labor and delivery, care for your baby, and step into parenthood with more confidence. Classes are led by trained staff and volunteers using evidence-based materials. Programs are available for women and for men.
Empower
Real support for real-life parenting
Eden’s Empower program is one-on-one encouragement, helpful information, and practical support to help you prepare to care for your baby. Content is customized to your life — not a one-size-fits-all lecture.
You’ll be connected with an advocate who walks with you during pregnancy and after your baby arrives: answering questions, offering guidance, helping problem-solve, and providing emotional support.
Each meeting includes a short video and time to talk through what’s on your mind. You’ll also receive vouchers for a local thrift store for pregnancy or baby needs.

Bright Birth Academy
Prepare for labor and delivery with knowledge, confidence, and support
Bright Birth Academy is a 7-session group class with evidence-based video instruction, led with a doula’s guidance. You’ll get hands-on practice and guided discussion in a supportive group setting.
Designed for pregnant moms and their chosen support person — partner, friend, or family member — so you can learn together, ask questions, and build confidence for birth.
Leave with tools and techniques for a steadier, more informed birthing experience.
Just for DAD
Fatherhood starts now — you don’t have to figure it out alone
Becoming a dad, whether for the first time or the fifth, is life-changing. Just for DAD offers free one-on-one support so men can step into fatherhood with more confidence, practical skills, and encouragement.
You’ll meet with a male mentor several times before and after your baby is born. Sessions cover baby care basics, the value of being an involved father, and how to support mom during pregnancy and after birth.
After-abortion support
If you’re carrying hard emotions after an abortion — recently or years ago — Eden offers Karis, a confidential 8-session healing program for women and for men, in separate groups.
