The Empower Parenting Education program is a free, 10–session program tailored to meet the individual needs of each mom or couple with support and education in the form of videos, resources, and one-on-one instruction and guidance. Empower Parenting Program provides 7 sessions prior to the due date, followed by 3 sessions after the baby is born. Each class is one hour long. Empower welcomes dads to join these classes also.

It doesn’t matter if you’re preparing to becoming a dad for the first time or the fifth, you will probably have questions and concerns.  Eden’s Just for DAD program allows dads to meet one-on-one with a male Client Advocate to discuss what to expect.  This 5-class program is free for all men with 2 classes prior to due date and 3 classes following the baby’s birth. While participating in Just for DAD, you will earn vouchers with each class to purchase baby clothes from Outreach Thrift Store in Norman.
